What time can I expect my newspaper deliveries?

We aim to finish all newspaper deliveries by 8:30am on weekdays and 9am at weekends. However, most of our customers will receive their papers much earlier.

Why is my newspaper later than usual sometimes?

The newspaper industry is a long chain starting with the publishers and ending with you, the reader. It only takes one glitch and things can run late. If your paper is later than usual please bear with us as we will be working as hard as possible to get it to you. If your newspaper has not arrived by 08:30am please contact us and we will look into it for you.

What is the best time to contact you?

Our normal office hours are 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm Saturday & Sunday.  Our peak call time is between 8am and 10am, if your enquiry is not urgent please bear this in mind when calling us. Please click here for our contact us page but dont forget you can also manage your account online by clicking here.

How do I pay my bill?

Our standard and preferred method of payment is direct debit. You can however also pay your bill either by posting us vouchers, over the phone with a credit or debit card, by bank transfer or over the counter in cash at any PayPoint store.  Please note we are unable to return vouchers.  If you send vouchers to us in advance these will be accepted and credited on the understanding you agree to receive deliveries for the minimum term those vouchers cover.

I'm going away. How do I stop my newspaper deliveries?

If you need to stop your newspaper deliveries for any length of time, simply call or email us (giving at least 24 hours notice) with the dates you will be away. Alternatively you can manage your account online by clicking here.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our newspaper delivery service charge covers the cost of getting your papers from the printers to your door, including your deliverer’s pay and the cost of managing your account. We keep our delivery charges to an absolute minimum. To find out the service charge in your area please click here to contact us.
