These conditions are drafted and customised for the users of the app newsTeam and those who visit the web sites app.newsteam.me and www.newsteam.me

This document cancels and replaces entirely the document previously published concerning privacy and cookies.

Specific summary conditions, created for particular services upon request that provide for forms to collect data, are progressively reported or displayed in the pages of the site.

Newsteam S.r.l.s in its capacity as Controller of the personal data processing pursuant to and in accordance with art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679, with this document informs You that the mentioned conditions provide for the protection of people and other subjects with reference to personal data processing, and that such processing will be based on the principles of decency, lawfulness and frankness and of protection of Your privacy and of Your rights.

Information and personal data given by You, or otherwise acquired while You use our site, will be processed in accordance with the legal requirements of the above mentioned regulation and of the duties of confidentiality it provides for.

Description

“NewsTeam” is the app developed by Newsteam S.r.l.s addressed to non-professional sporting organisations all over the world, but also to individuals who want to manage their teams

With “NewsTeam” a registered organisation/user can:

- create its/his/her own teams in private or public form;

- extend participation in teams to other members, whether they are staff, athletes or parents of under-aged athletes;

- manage its/his/her own teams and athletes;

- manage communications for their own teams;

- create sporting events concerning the teams;

- manage convocations of its/his/her athletes for a specific sporting event;

- enter data and photographs of the athletes, prior their consent;

- enter photographs and comments about events;

- display the map of the event;

- update in real time the results of the sporting events;

- promote his/her image;

- make its/his/her sponsors visible.

With NewsTeam an athlete can:

- answer to convocations;

- manage his/her participations in teams with just one user;

- update his/her profile with photographs and personal data;

- enter comments and photographs in events and in the bulletin board of his/her teams.

With NewsTeam a parent can:

- obtain the parental control of the under-aged athlete;

- answer to his/her son/daughter’s convocations;

- manage his/her participations in teams with just one user;

- update his/her son/daughter’s profile with photographs and personal data;

- follow the events of his/her teams;

- enter comments and photographs in events and in the bulletin board of his/her teams.

With NewsTeam every registered user can:

- follow public teams and events.

Type of processed data

a) Sign-in data

Users can signup using an external account provider like Google, Facebook or Apple. NewsTeam will ask the provider some basic information about the user: email and profile The user's email will be store on our systems and will be used internally to uniquely identify the user and possibly send information relating to the user's teams, if the user wishes. User's data will never be visible to other users through the app or the website, neither shared with anyone.

b) Browsing data

The computer systems and the software procedures responsible for the operation of the app/web site acquire, during their normal activity, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

Such information is not collected to be associated with identified interested subjects, but, due to its own nature, it could allow to identify the users if elaborated and linked to data possessed by third parties. IP addresses, or the names of the domains used by users that connect to the app/site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the required resources, request time, method used to submit the request to the serve, dimension of the file obtained, etc. are included in this category.

Those data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistic anonymous and aggregated information about the use of the app/site and to check its correct operation, and they are permanently on third parties’ servers (hosting providers). Those data might be used to ascertain liability in case of possible cybercrimes against our site.

c) Cookies

The internet site uses cookies to help users to make surfing faster, increase safety, analyse use and efficiency of services. For further information, please read the Cookie Policy.

Purpose of processing: your data, collected during surfing, will be processed for the following purpose:

1. implementation of operations strictly connected to and necessary to manage the relationship with the users of the app or those who visit the site;

2. collection, retention and elaboration of your data to guarantee some services provided for by the app/site (operational cookies).

The legal basis for the purposes at points 1 and 2 is the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted upon request of the same (art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation) when processing is necessary to supply the Service;

Data processing to implement the purposes at point 1 is mandatory, and the possible non-communication, or wrong communication, of one information can constrain and/or impede the full use of the functions and of the services present in the app/site.

The supply of the data indicated in the purpose 2 is optional, but a refusal to the processing might compromise the visitor’s requests (for further information on operational cookies, read the cookie policy). The Guarantor has explained that the explicit request for consent for such cookies is not necessary, but the visitor can at any time disable them according to the instructions contained in the cookie policy

Personal data supplied voluntarily by the user: the optional dispatch, explicit and voluntary of e-mail to the addresses indicate in this app/site, and the compilation of forms present in the same, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s personal data (not to be limited to name, surname, e-mail address). Specific summary information is present in the pages about forms.

Processing method: personal data are processed with manual, electronic tools and also by means of cookies for the time strictly necessary to reach the goals they were collected for. Each processing is carried out respecting the methods indicated in art. 6, 32 of the GDPR and adopting the appropriate safety measures provided for.

Processing concerning web services is carried out at the office of the Controller and at the provider Aruba located in Italy and is retained at the offices where the physic servers are.

Communication: your data are processed inside the company by the following categories of people authorised to process personal data by the Controller:

Retention period: We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimisation of data, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period for Your personal data is determined in a time frame not exceeding the implementation of the supplied services

Controller: the Controller of the data processing, pursuant to Law, is the Company Newsteam S.r.l.s. amministrazione@newsteam.me in the person of its acting legal representative.

You have the right to obtain from the controller the cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation, update, correction, portability, objection to the processing of the personal data concerning You, and in general You can exercise all the rights provided for by art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR

Cookie policy

EU Regulation 2016/679: Art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Interested person’s rights

1. The interested person has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of personal data about him/her, even if not registered yet, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested person has the right to obtain information about:

the source of his/her personal data;

the processing purposes and method;

the logic applied in case of processing carried out using electronic tools;

the identification details of the controller, of the supervisors and of the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, clause 2;

the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated, or who can receive them in their capacity as appointed representative in the territory of the State, as supervisors or personnel authorised to the data processing.

3. The interested person has the right to obtain:

update, correction or, when he/she has got an interest in it, integration of data;

cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the block of data processed breaking the law, including those for which preservation is not necessary relating to the purposes for which data have been collected or subsequently processed;

a statement the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been disclosed, also with reference to their content, to those to whom they have been communicated or disseminated, except for the case in which such fulfilment reveals itself to be impossible or entails the use of means evidently excessive if compared to the defended right;

data portability.

4. The interested person has the right to oppose completely or partially:

for licit reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, although pertinent to the collection purpose;

to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or of direct sale or to carry out market research or commercial communication

5. The interested person has the right to cancel his / her account, by independently accessing the user settings section or by sending a request by email to amministrazione@newsteam.me

The account will be temporarily suspended for a few days, to guarantee the user the possibility to reactivate it in case of error

Afterwards, the data relating to the account, teams / channels / tournaments associated with the user will be permanently deleted

The user has the possibility to disconnect social accounts, previously used to access the application, by removing them from the settings section
